My approach to real estate was shaped by a stressful personal experience in 2006. That experience inspired me to create the kind of service I believed the industry was missing: a highly personalized, concierge-style experience rooted in communication, thoughtful guidance, and attention to detail.

Growing up in South Jersey gave me firsthand knowledge of the region’s diverse communities and an enduring connection to the people who call them home. I studied the market, mastered my craft, and built a carefully selected network of professionals who share my commitment to integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Inspired by my grandparents’ legacy of service, giving back has always been central to who I am and how Cathy & Co. operates.

Our community involvement includes supporting local families, furnishing homes for individuals rebuilding their lives, assisting animal rescue efforts, and serving nonprofit organizations. That commitment also extends beyond our local community through our philanthropic work in Africa.

We are working to build a sustainable school designed to serve African children for generations to come. Our vision reaches far beyond constructing a building. We are creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children are encouraged to discover their strengths, recognize their inherent worth, and realize their full potential.

We believe every child—regardless of where they are born—deserves access to a quality education, meaningful opportunities, and the freedom to imagine a future without limitations. Through this school, we hope to provide African children with the resources, encouragement, and opportunities that should be available to every child in the world.
